2-Day
First Aid at Work Requalification Course
You can
attend this course even if your initial First Aid at Work Course was
undertaken by another organisation.
ABOUT THE COURSE
Candidates who have previously undertaken and successfully completed the
First Aid at Work Course will be aware that their qualification is valid
for 3 - Years. In order to remain competent they are required to
undertake and successfully complete a requalification course prior to
their existing certificate expiring.
Those who have attended our First Aid at Work
Courses will be contacted by us to ensure you can arrange to attend a
requalification course, thus avoiding a lapse in your qualification, and
the expense and requirement of attending another 4-Day Course.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Those workplace First Aiders who have
completed a First Aid at Work Course and require renewing their
qualification before their current certificate expires.
Please Note: You can attend our requalification
course even if your last First Aid at Work Course (including
requalification course) was undertaken with another training provider.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN?
This course is designed to refresh the skills of
existing workplace First Aiders in line with current best practice. This
ensures that candidates continue to be efficient
and competent when they return to their duties as the workplace
First Aider.
HOW IS IT ASSESSED?
Candidates are assessed informally throughout
the course and perform several observed practical
assessments on the last day by an assessor who has not
participated in the training, in line with HSE requirements.
